No separate Global Pulse charge should appear while the eligible annual plan remains active.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Adding Global Pulse to a Non-Annual Plan<\/h2>\n<p>Customers with a monthly, quarterly, or other non-annual ExpatPostal plan may add Global Pulse for $9.99 per month. The Global Pulse add-on renews separately until it is canceled, replaced by annual-plan inclusion, or otherwise ended under the Terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Upgrading to Annual Billing<\/h2>\n<p>When you upgrade an eligible ExpatPostal plan to annual billing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Global Pulse becomes included<\/li>\n<li>Future separate Global Pulse charges should stop<\/li>\n<li>Your existing Global Pulse profile remains available<\/li>\n<li>Your contacts and settings should remain connected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Review your confirmation to make sure duplicate billing has ended.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Purchasing in the Mobile App<\/h2>\n<p>Purchases made in the Apple App Store or Google Play may be billed and managed by that platform. The price, taxes, renewal, refund, and cancellation procedure may be subject to the applicable store&rsquo;s rules.<\/p>\n\n<h2>How to Cancel a Website Purchase<\/h2>\n<p>When Global Pulse was purchased directly from ExpatPostal:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to your account.<\/li>\n<li>Open <strong>Billing and Plans<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Global Pulse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Manage Subscription<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Cancel Monthly Access<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Review your final access date.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you.<\/p>\n\n<h2>How to Cancel an Apple Subscription<\/h2>\n<p>Use the subscription-management settings connected with the Apple ID used for the purchase. Deleting the Global Pulse or ExpatPostal app does not cancel an Apple subscription.<\/p>\n\n<h2>How to Cancel a Google Play Subscription<\/h2>\n<p>Use the subscription-management settings connected with the Google account used for the purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.<\/p>\n\n<h2>What Cancellation Does<\/h2>\n<p>Cancellation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stops future automatic renewal<\/li>\n<li>Does not normally end the already-paid period immediately<\/li>\n<li>Does not automatically create a refund<\/li>\n<li>Does not automatically delete your profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your account should display the final access date.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Payment Failure<\/h2>\n<p>When a payment fails, we may notify you, ask you to update your payment method, retry the charge where authorized, provide a grace period, or suspend paid monitoring after notice.<\/p>\n<p>We will not intentionally convert a one-time 30-day purchase into a recurring subscription.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Refunds for 30-Day Access<\/h2>\n<p>You may request a refund before your selected activation date when access has not started, the product has not been materially used, and the request complies with the payment platform&rsquo;s rules.<\/p>\n<p>After activation, a refund is generally unavailable unless required by law, required by an app store, Global Pulse was materially unavailable because of a failure controlled by ExpatPostal, or we approve an exception.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Refunds for Monthly Access<\/h2>\n<p>Monthly charges are generally nonrefundable after the billing period begins. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent another renewal.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Duplicate Charges<\/h2>\n<p>Contact support promptly when you believe you were charged twice. Provide your account email, charge dates, amounts, payment platform, and transaction identifiers when available.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gp-warn\">Do not send a full payment-card number by email.<\/div>\n\n<h2>Ending Annual ExpatPostal Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>Before included Global Pulse access ends, we may offer an annual-plan renewal, Global Pulse Monthly at $9.99, or 30-Day Access at
