Global Pulse Accessibility and Support

ExpatPostal is committed to making Global Pulse usable by people with different abilities, devices, and levels of technical experience.

Accessibility Features

Global Pulse is intended to support screen readers, large text, device text scaling, high contrast, clear focus indicators, keyboard navigation on the website, voice control where supported, haptic feedback, non-color status labels, reduced motion, clear error messages, large touch targets, plain-language instructions, and captions or transcripts for video content.

Emergency Interface

The emergency interface includes a large Emergency Alert control, clear press-and-hold feedback, haptic confirmation where supported, a visible sent or pending status, text labels in addition to color, screen-reader descriptions, easy false-alarm cancellation, and one-tap access to emergency information.

Color Is Not the Only Indicator

Global Pulse does not rely only on color. Statuses include text such as: All Is Well · Check-In Due · Emergency Alert Active · Alert Sent · Alert Delivery Pending · Access Expiring.

Language and Reading Level

We aim to use plain English, short instructions, clear labels, limited technical language, and consistent button names. Additional languages may be introduced over time; critical translations are professionally reviewed.

Older Adults and New Technology Users

Global Pulse offers guided setup, progress indicators, test alerts, confirmation screens, simple contact management, support articles, and clear billing information.

Accessibility Settings

Available settings may include larger app text, increased contrast, reduced motion, haptic feedback, voice guidance, longer confirmation time, and a simplified dashboard. Some settings rely on your device’s accessibility controls.

Requesting Accessibility Help

Contact support when you cannot use a feature, need information in another format, experience a screen-reader problem, need help with text size or contrast, need help activating or canceling access, or need assistance adding a trusted contact.

Technical Support

Support may assist with account access, purchase recognition, setup, trusted contacts, check-in scheduling, notification settings, location settings, test alerts, cancellation, and data requests.

Support does not provide emergency dispatch. During an emergency, do not wait for customer support when immediate help is needed — contact appropriate local emergency services when possible.
