Eligible packages from Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and other U.S. retailers may be accepted according to membership plan limits, package rules, and pickup availability.

5 packages/month, up to 15 lbs each
Platinum Plan
10 packages/month, up to 25 lbs each
Premium Plan
15 packages/month, up to 50 lbs each
Household Membership

Packages must fit inside a standard car trunk by length and width.
Packages are not forwarded internationally.
Packages are stored for up to 5 days after notification.
