Package Access Solutions in Baja California

Eligible member packages arrive at an authorized Postal Annex location in the United States, are transported through our secure handling process to Baja California, and are made available through scheduled pickup or eligible delivery options.

How Package Handling Works

Eligible member packages are delivered to an authorized Postal Annex location in the United States and logged to the member’s account.

Secure Handling to Baja

Eligible packages are transported to a secure location in Baja California, Mexico.

Scheduled Pickup or Delivery

Members receive pickup instructions once packages are available. Gold, Platinum, Premium, and Household members may also request package delivery for an additional fee.

Member Privacy & Package Security

For member privacy and package security, ExpatPostal does not publicly disclose storage facilities, inventory locations, or pickup meeting points. Pickup details are provided only to eligible members with packages ready for collection.

Package Delivery Options Available

Eligible members on Gold, Platinum, Premium, and Household plans may request package delivery services for an additional fee.

Delivery availability depends on package size, package weight, destination, schedule availability, service area, and operational requirements.

Basic Plan Limitation

Basic Digital Mailbox plans do not include package handling, pickup, or delivery eligibility.

Outbound U.S. Mail Assistance

Need to send important paperwork back to the United States? Eligible members can request assistance mailing paper documents into the U.S. mail stream.

Living abroad often means receiving important mail from the United States, but sometimes you need to send important documents back as well.

Whether it is a signed form, tax document, insurance paperwork, legal correspondence, banking paperwork, government form, or personal letter, ExpatPostal can help eligible members get paper documents back into the U.S. mail stream.

This service is available exclusively to Gold, Platinum, Premium, and Household members.

Basic Digital Mailbox members are not eligible for Outbound U.S. Mail Assistance.
